Who We Are

Immanuel Presbyterian Church is an English-speaking, multicultural church located in the city of Sydney, on the urban fringe near several universities, including the University of Sydney, UTS, and Notre Dame.

We are a community of believers committed to living in God’s story and carrying out the Great Commission (Matthew 28) by making disciples of all nations. Through reading the Scriptures, deep Bible study, preaching the Gospel, and discipleship, we believe in the transforming power of God’s Word to change lives and draw people to Christ.

Our passion is to help young people and seekers know Jesus deeply, finding in Him the grace, forgiveness, and living water that quenches the thirst of the soul (Amos 8:11). Through worship, service, and fellowship, we long to see lives renewed and His love made known.

Immanuel Presbyterian Church also carries a vision for church planting, reaching more cities across Australia with the joy of salvation in Jesus Christ.
